From the April 2021, ZYDRUNE jewellery became available to purchase from one of the most widely known British luxury department stores, Harvey Nichols. Since the day Harvey Nichols had opened its doors in Knightsbridge, London, the department store has been renowned for its long history, the most desirable designer brands and prestige British luxury goods. As a premier luxury fashion retailer, Harvey Nichols earned its popularity for expertly selected fashion and beauty merchandise, high quality wines and food, and award-winning restaurants. Seen as ‘the place to be’, the store to this day provides an ultimate shopping experience, indulging its customer with the new exclusive and already established labels.

Harvey Nichols was founded in 1831 by Benjamin Harvey. A linen shop at the time on Sloane Street, Knightsbridge, one of the most prestigious areas in London, quickly expanded to 8 stores next door and continued to expand in the years after. In 1841 Benjamin Harvey decided to employ James Nichols, who, after 4 years of work was promoted to the management. After Benjamin Harvey’s death, his wife Anne took over and formed Harvey Nichols & Co in a partnership with James Nichols. In 1920 Harvey Nichols was purchased by the Debenhams, and later in 1985 both Debenhams and Harvey Nichols were acquired by the Burton Group. In the year of 1991 Harvey Nichols was acquired by the Hong Kong luxury goods company called Dickson Poon, also known as Dickson Concepts. The store got renovated and was able to provide a brand-new restaurant, food market, café and bar, strategically placed on the fifth floor to allow longer working hours after the main store closed. Refurbished by the architects Wickham & Associates, Harvey Nichols now had a new feeling of luxury shopping and was able to offer everything from fashion to food, including OXO Tower Restaurant, to its customers.

Harvey Nichols physical stores are based in London, Edinburgh, Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Liverpool, as well as in Dublin, Ireland, Hong Kong, Riyadh Saudi Arabia, Istanbul Turkey, Dubai UAE, Kuwait City and Doha Qatar. The growth of the e-commerce platform allowed the house to expand even further with the access to new independent brands, exquisite products and a greater possibility to reach customers from all over the world.

ZYDRUNE’s collection titled ANOMALY, that is now available to purchase from Harvey Nichols, was created in 2018. Hand carved Sterling Silver jewellery made with Silicon Carbide offers rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces and pendants, all ethically made in the designer’s central London workshop. The intriguing and artful designs of the jewels, as the designer says, reflect fascinating powers of nature and remind us of both, natural and unnatural occurrences that appear. Exclusivity of the collection comes from its limited one-off pieces. Each handmade using recycled and Fairmined metals that are artfully carved to display intricate details, and bespoke cut Silicon Carbide stones, which add a perfect finishing touch to each one of the designs.
